What you get

Sortflare is a browser extension that reorders, exports, downloads and transcribes content you can already see in your own browser. The Free plan is available without an account; signed in with an email, it also includes one scan per day (UTC) at Pro limits, with transcription for the rest of that day. The daily pass is a courtesy, not part of any purchase: we may change or withdraw it. Pro is a lifetime licence: one payment through Stripe, tied to your account, with nothing that renews.

Coverage differs by platform. As of version 1.0.0:

That describes the current release, not a permanent promise. Features are added, changed and occasionally retired as the platforms move.

Billing

Pro is paid once and stays on your account. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax your jurisdiction adds. "Lifetime" means for as long as Sortflare exists: if we ever shut it down, we will say so in advance, and no further payment will ever be asked of you. The included transcription allowance is 500 minutes per calendar month and does not accumulate. A refund or a chargeback on the purchase switches Pro off.

Refunds

If Sortflare does not do what this site says it does, email support@sortflare.com within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it. We would rather refund you than argue.

Acceptable use

Use Sortflare on content you are allowed to access, and respect the terms of the platforms you use it on and the rights of the people who made the content. Do not use it to harass anyone, to redistribute other people's work as your own, or to build a bulk-scraping service. We may end an account that does.

The platforms you use it on

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook each have their own terms, and following them is your responsibility. Sortflare cannot grant you rights on someone else's platform, and we are not responsible for any action a platform takes against your account. Sortflare only reads what a page you are already signed into has loaded; it never posts, likes, follows or messages on your behalf.

Platforms also change without notice, and a change can break a feature overnight. We repair breakages as fast as we can, but we cannot promise uninterrupted compatibility with services we do not control.

Content and intellectual property

The extension, the site, the name and the design are ours. You may not copy, resell or make derivative works from them without written permission.

The posts, videos, images and captions you reach through Sortflare belong to the people who made them. Downloading or transcribing something gives you no licence to it. What you do with that material is your responsibility, and copyright law applies to it exactly as it did before.

Not affiliated

Sortflare is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, ByteDance, YouTube, Facebook or Google.

Warranty and liability

Sortflare is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that every platform surface will keep working, or that a metric a platform reports is accurate: metrics are shown as they arrive, and an outlier score is an estimate, not a measurement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Sortflare, including lost data, lost revenue or the standing of your social accounts. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at what you paid us. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under Spanish or EU law.

Ending it

You can stop at any time: uninstall the extension, and delete your account by email if you want it gone. We may suspend or end an account for a breach of these terms, for suspected fraud or payment abuse, or where the law requires it. Terms meant to outlive the agreement, including intellectual property, disclaimers and governing law, continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim there. Otherwise, disputes belong to the courts of Pamplona, Spain.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the extension before they take effect. Continuing to use Sortflare after that means you accept them.

Who you are buying from

Sortflare is sold by Julen Lara Trigo, trading as Sortflare, Calle Sanguín Kalea 1-1E, 31192 Aranguren (Navarra), Spain, who is the trader for the purposes of EU consumer law.
