Questions
What is an outlier score?
A post's views divided by the median views of that same creator's recent posts. A 6× means it pulled six times what they normally get — a real breakout, rather than a big account having a normal day. Sortflare leaves the score blank when a creator has too few posts to form a baseline, or when a post is less than two days old and still collecting views, because a number there would be noise.
How is that different from scrolling the profile myself?
Scrolling shows you what someone posted, in the order they posted it. Sortflare shows you what actually worked, with the numbers on every row, and then does the part scrolling cannot: it takes the posts, the transcripts and the metrics out into a spreadsheet you can plan from.
Where does it work?
Instagram profiles, Reels, hashtags, saved posts and collections; TikTok profiles, search and hashtags; YouTube channels and Shorts; Facebook Reels. Downloading and transcription work on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. A single post's own URL works too — you do not have to go back to the grid to find it.
Do you need my login?
No. Sortflare reads the pages you are already signed into, in your own browser. It never sees or stores a password, and the feed data never reaches our servers. A Sortflare account, with an emailed code instead of a password, exists only to carry your Pro licence between machines.
Does anything leave my computer?
One thing, and only when you click it: a clip you ask to transcribe is sent to our server, which passes it to a speech-to-text provider and returns the text. Sorting, exporting and downloading happen entirely in your browser. Nothing is kept afterwards, and nothing is used to train models.
Can the creator tell?
No. Sortflare reads what the page has already loaded and reorders it on your screen. It never posts, likes, follows or saves, so there is nothing for anyone to see. A refresh puts the original feed back.

I just paid. How do I switch Pro on?
Open Sortflare from your browser toolbar and sign in with the email you paid with. Pro switches on straight away, with no licence key to paste, and follows your account: a second computer works the same way.
Which browsers?
Chrome and other Chromium browsers — Edge, Brave, Arc, Opera. It is a desktop extension, so there is no mobile or Safari version.
Can I cancel?
There is nothing to cancel: Pro is one payment, not a subscription. If it is not what you expected, email us within 14 days and we refund it. Payments run through Stripe; we never see your card.
